Brewer

Responsibilities

• Operate as an individual contributor within brewing operations to support shift and project priorities
• Monitor brewing conditions and quality parameters, identifying deviations and taking corrective action
• Support the identification of production issues and assist with technical diagnosis of equipment or processes
• Analyse problems and propose solutions using judgement, experience, and established precedents
• Maintain strict compliance with health & safety procedures, environmental protocols, and quality standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across brewing and wider operations
• Communicate complex or sensitive technical information clearly to stakeholders

Requirements

• Scientific or engineering qualification, or demonstrable relevant operational experience
• Experience in production operations within a quality-driven or process-led environment
• Strong problem-solving capability with a proactive, improvement-focused approach
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly
• Ability to work a 24/7 shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights, and 6 days off)
• Understanding of beverage production processes, quality systems, and safety standards is preferred
