About the role
Responsibilities
- Be part of a next-generation T2 store featuring the Brew Bar and Blend Bar
- Craft memorable tea experiences and immersive retail journeys for customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Support store operations including stock management and visual merchandising
- Maintain a safe environment by following health and safety policies
Requirements
- Passion for customer experience and a hospitality mindset
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Proactive and self-motivated learner
- Strong communication and people skills
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous
