About the role

Responsibilities

  • Be part of a next-generation T2 store featuring the Brew Bar and Blend Bar
  • Craft memorable tea experiences and immersive retail journeys for customers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Support store operations including stock management and visual merchandising
  • Maintain a safe environment by following health and safety policies

Requirements

  • Passion for customer experience and a hospitality mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and self-motivated learner
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous
