Breast Reconstruction Specialist

Responsibilities

• Accelerate sales of Axogen nerve repair products in the breast reconstruction surgery space
• Serve as a clinical resource and expert on nerve repair for surgeons and marketing teams
• Develop product, clinical, and technical expertise to represent the Axogen portfolio
• Demonstrate a strategic selling approach to communicate compelling value propositions
• Provide execution strategies for calling on target surgeons and facilitating product stocking
• Conduct cold calls and present key product benefits to sales targets
• Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute market development and patient awareness events
• Engage in strategic conversations with KOLs, practice leadership, and hospital administration
• Research referral patterns and patient bases to provide strategic consulting

Requirements

• BS degree required
• 5 years of medical device or medical technologies sales experience
• Ability to travel 75% or more
• Must reside in the New York City territory

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Experience selling specifically to Breast Reconstruction surgeons
• Proven track record of top nationwide sales rankings and accolades
