Breakfast Server

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the daily buffet, ensuring items are well-stocked
• Greet guests in a friendly manner and explain specials or promotions
• Serve water, coffee, food, and drink orders to guests
• Clear tables using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware
• Observe guests to fulfill additional requests and monitor meal completion
• Control quality and consistency of all food served
• Maintain station cleanliness before, during, and after shifts
• Total checks and accept payments or refer guests to the cashier

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond in a friendly manner
• Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude
• Professionalism and ability to act as a gracious host
• Availability to start shifts at 5:30am
