Breakfast Server

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the daily buffet, ensuring items are well-stocked
• Greet guests in a friendly manner and explain specials or promotions
• Serve water, coffee, food, and drink orders to guests
• Clear tables and remove dishes, glassware, and silverware in a timely manner
• Observe guests to fulfill additional requests and monitor meal completion
• Control quality and consistency of all food served
• Maintain station cleanliness before, during, and after shifts
• Total checks and accept payments or refer guests to the cashier

Requirements

• Professional attitude
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond helpfully
• Consistently caring and respectful attitude
• Ability to act as a gracious host to guests and vendors
• Availability to start shifts at 5:30am
