Responsibilities
- Set up and break down the daily buffet
- Greet guests and explain specials or promotions
- Serve water, coffee, food, and drinks
- Clear tables and replenish items as necessary
- Monitor food quality and consistency
- Maintain station cleanliness and organization
- Process payments and total checks
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- Ability to start shifts at 5:00am
- Professionalism and a caring, respectful attitude
- Ability to anticipate guest needs
