Breakfast Manager

Responsibilities

• Preparation and setup of the breakfast buffet
• Welcoming clients and ensuring satisfaction throughout the service
• Managing the breakfast team: supervising, organizing, and motivating staff
• Monitoring stocks and placing orders
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards

Requirements

• Enthusiastic early riser
• Warm and benevolent attitude towards clients and team members
• Ability to maintain calm in all circumstances
• Proficiency in beverage preparation
• English fluency (other languages are a plus)
• Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end establishment is a significant asset
