Åby Hotel & Konferens is a 4-star Best Western hotel with 223 rooms, located just minutes from Gothenburg. Inspired by the colorful world of Tivoli, the hotel offers an environment where design, joy, and experiences are central. The facility also includes the Patio restaurant, modern conference facilities, and Åby Mässan.
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of breakfast and conference coffee breaks
- Supervise, coach, and introduce employees
- Create a warm, welcoming, and inspiring atmosphere for guests
- Manage conference coffee breaks, lunches, and café operations during trade fairs
- Ensure high quality, order, and good routines
- Order goods and manage inventory and stock levels
- Actively work on improvements and the development of the breakfast concept
Requirements
- Experience in breakfast operations at a hotel or conference facility, preferably with high volumes
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
- Early riser who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine interest in service and guest interaction
- Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive approach
