Breakfast Cook/Baker

Responsibilities

• Prepare all breakfast items including eggs, meats, quick breads, and scratch baking
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• Follow all food safety, HACCP, and sanitation protocols
• Oversee sandwich makers and front-of-house stocking during service
• Perform end-of-shift cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, and garbage removal
• Receive and store food, beverage, and chemical supplies
• Supervise team members and monitor performance during the shift

Requirements

• Previous experience providing high-volume hot breakfast service
• Experience with high-volume scratch or pre-fab baking
• Current Food Safe certificate
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Valid government-issued photo ID

Preferred Qualifications

• Large-scale cooking experience in camp settings, banquet halls, or hotels
• Red Seal certification or other culinary certifications
• Experience producing weekly inventories
• Previous supervisory experience
