Breakfast Cook

Responsibilities

• Cook breakfast foods including eggs and breakfast meats
• Set up station and mise en place to Chef specifications
• Assist with sauté, grill, and roasting stations
• Organize kitchen items including dry goods, equipment, and food deliveries
• Maintain station cleanliness and perform breakdown
• Submit production needs for the following day

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Understanding of basic cooking techniques and food safety standards
• Ability to work under pressure during busy morning hours
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of food preparation experience
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience
