Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the kitchen for food service
• Manage cafeteria service
• Respond to guest requests by maintaining knowledge of the point of sale and hotel services
• Clear and clean tables efficiently based on activity flow
• Transport tableware, glassware, and other items to the pantry
• Maintain service equipment in impeccable condition
• Welcome guests according to Groupe Barrière procedures
• Ensure guest satisfaction meets luxury standards

Requirements

• Dynamic, versatile, and organized personality
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in French and foreign languages (English, Spanish, Russian, or Portuguese)
• Warm and benevolent attitude toward guests and colleagues
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end establishment is a plus
