About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve exceptional à la carte breakfast dishes with precision and care
- Contribute to the development of seasonal breakfast menus together with the Head Chef
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety procedures
- Take ownership of the breakfast service while collaborating with the wider kitchen team
- Support other kitchen operations when required
Requirements
- Professional chef certificate or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience from hotels, fine dining or quality restaurants
- Passion for Nordic cuisine and outstanding ingredients
- Strong eye for detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Proficiency in English
- Valid driver's licence
