About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve exceptional à la carte breakfast dishes with precision and care
  • Contribute to the development of seasonal breakfast menus together with the Head Chef
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety procedures
  • Take ownership of the breakfast service while collaborating with the wider kitchen team
  • Support other kitchen operations when required

Requirements

  • Professional chef certificate or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience from hotels, fine dining or quality restaurants
  • Passion for Nordic cuisine and outstanding ingredients
  • Strong eye for detail and craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Proficiency in English
  • Valid driver's licence
