About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee the breakfast shift, including a full buffet breakfast
- Prepare and present food according to Brand Standard guidelines
- Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques
- Supervise the kitchen team to foster growth and performance
- Ensure strict stock rotation and aim for minimal wastage
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with Health & Safety and HACCP standards
- Interact with guests to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements
- Experience in a kitchen environment
- Strong supervisory skills with a hands-on approach
- Commitment to hygiene, safety standards, and food handling regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to find creative solutions and solve problems
