About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the breakfast shift, including a full buffet breakfast
  • Prepare and present food according to Brand Standard guidelines
  • Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques
  • Supervise the kitchen team to foster growth and performance
  • Ensure strict stock rotation and aim for minimal wastage
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with Health & Safety and HACCP standards
  • Interact with guests to ensure excellent customer service

  • Experience in a kitchen environment
