Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Oversee production and upkeep of assigned kitchen stations
• Maintain high quality standards for food presentation and taste
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation practices
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commis Chef or a strong passion for food
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation protocols
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
