Breakfast Baker

Responsibilities

• Compose and scratch-bake a variety of goods including croissants, Viennoiserie, pastries, scones, quick breads, muffins, and coffeecakes
• Work in a state-of-the-art culinary facility to produce high-quality baked goods
• Create and trial new recipes as menus change daily
• Support catered events hosted at the Epic campus
• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional baking experience in a kitchen or a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts
• Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship
• Ability to relocate to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance is available)
• COVID-19 vaccination

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in large-volume production environments
