About the role
Responsibilities
- Compose and scratch-bake a variety of goods including croissants, Viennoiserie, pastries, scones, quick breads, muffins, and coffeecakes
- Work in a state-of-the-art culinary facility to produce high-quality baked goods
- Create and trial new recipes as menus change daily
- Support catered events hosted at the Epic campus
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional baking experience in a kitchen or a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts
- Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship
- Ability to relocate to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance is available)
- COVID-19 vaccination

- Experience working in large-volume production environments
