Breakfast Attendant

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude during breakfast service
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, and breakfast food items
• Take guest food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked Bistro and dining area
• Complete opening duties to ensure the Bistro is prepared for daily service
• Monitor food presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
• Process guest payments accurately, including cash and credit card transactions
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hotel service standards

• Friendly, outgoing, and hospitality-driven personality
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable with excellent time management and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• Flexible availability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous food service, coffee shop, restaurant, or hotel experience
