Breakfast Attendant

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and disassemble the breakfast buffet
• Monitor buffet levels to ensure food remains sufficiently stocked throughout service
• Greet guests, take orders, respond to inquiries, and address any complaints
• Clear dining areas promptly to ensure a smooth turnover for guests
• Maintain high cleanliness standards by sanitizing surfaces, sweeping, and mopping floors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of food safety and handling guidelines
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong multitasking skills and a friendly, professional disposition
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
