Breakfast Attendant

Responsibilities

• Set up breakfast buffet and dining area each morning
• Serve hot and cold breakfast items to guests
• Restock dry food items and refill drink containers
• Assist in brewing various coffees for guests
• Wipe down and bus tables during breakfast hours
• Maintain cleanliness of surfaces and floors
• Rotate into stewarding duties including washing dishes and kitchen equipment
• Take out trash and sanitize trash cans regularly

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year of food and beverage experience preferred
• Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards
• Ability to stand, walk, or be on feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in wet, hot, and humid conditions
