Breakfast & After School Club Playworker

Responsibilities

• Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities including multi-sports, arts & crafts, and creative play
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued
• Supervise children with care, enthusiasm, and positivity
• Set up engaging activity areas and ensure equipment is safe and ready to use
• Prepare snacks and support smooth sign-in and sign-out procedures
• Encourage children's confidence, creativity, and teamwork
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and company procedures at all times

Requirements

• Passion for working with children and a positive, can-do attitude
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Confidence supporting activities and managing groups of children
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check and complete safer recruitment vetting
• Childcare or sports coaching experience is beneficial but not essential
