About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities including multi-sports, arts & crafts, and creative play
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued
- Supervise children with care, enthusiasm, and positivity
- Set up engaging activity areas and ensure equipment is safe and ready to use
- Prepare snacks and support smooth sign-in and sign-out procedures
- Encourage children's confidence, creativity, and teamwork
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and company procedures at all times
Requirements
- Passion for working with children and a positive, can-do attitude
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Confidence supporting activities and managing groups of children
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check and complete safer recruitment vetting
- Childcare or sports coaching experience is beneficial but not essential
