About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of the Breakfast & After School Club for children aged 4–11
  • Plan and deliver inclusive activities including sports, games, arts & crafts, and structured play
  • Manage, motivate, and support a small team to deliver outstanding childcare
  • Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and school staff
  • Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and company policies are followed at all times
  • Maintain accurate records and oversee the day-to-day running of the club
  • Promote positive behaviour and help children develop confidence, independence, and friendships

Requirements

  • Experience working with children in childcare, education, or activity leadership
  • Confident leadership and team management skills
  • Strong organisational and communication abilities
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare
  • Eligibility to pass an Enhanced DBS check
  • Two satisfactory references including most recent employer
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom
