Breakfast & After School Club Manager

Responsibilities

• Create a fun, safe, and inspiring environment for children
• Lead activities including sports, games, arts & crafts, and structured play
• Plan inclusive, age-appropriate, and child-led sessions
• Manage, motivate, and support the club team
• Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and school staff
• Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and company policies are followed
• Maintain accurate records and oversee day-to-day club operations
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage child independence

Requirements

• Experience working with children
• Experience leading a team
• Confident and positive leadership style
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Creative and proactive approach
