Breakfast & After School Club Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the daily operation of the Breakfast & After School Club
• Manage, motivate, and support your team to deliver excellent childcare
• Plan and coordinate engaging activities including sports, games, arts & crafts, and creative play
• Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, colleagues, and the school
• Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and company procedures are followed at all times
• Maintain accurate records including attendance, incidents, and operational documentation
• Support positive behaviour management and promote children’s confidence and wellbeing
• Monitor resources, equipment, and the overall club environment

Requirements

• Passion for working with children
• Experience leading and motivating a team
• Strong organizational and reliability skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Level 3 Childcare qualification or relevant Childcare Supervisory experience
