Breakfast & After School Club Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a small team to deliver exceptional childcare experiences
• Plan and deliver engaging activities including sports, games, arts & crafts, and structured play
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for children aged 4–11
• Build positive relationships with parents, carers, school staff, and colleagues
• Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and company procedures are followed
• Oversee day-to-day club operations, including registers and record keeping
• Support children's wellbeing and encourage positive behavior and independence

Requirements

• Natural leader with confidence and creativity
• Passion for working with children
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proactive and energetic approach
• Experience working with children in childcare, education, or playwork environments
• Experience leading, supervising, or supporting a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Level 3 Childcare Qualification
