About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a small team to deliver exceptional childcare experiences
- Plan and deliver engaging activities including sports, games, arts & crafts, and structured play
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for children aged 4–11
- Build positive relationships with parents, carers, school staff, and colleagues
- Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and company procedures are followed
- Oversee day-to-day club operations, including registers and record keeping
- Support children's wellbeing and encourage positive behavior and independence
Requirements
- Natural leader with confidence and creativity
- Passion for working with children
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive and energetic approach
- Experience working with children in childcare, education, or playwork environments
- Experience leading, supervising, or supporting a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Level 3 Childcare Qualification
