About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage, direct, and support staff in the delivery of a safe and effective programme
- Motivate and support team members to ensure a happy working environment
- Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care for children
- Plan, supervise, and deliver structured activities including games, arts & crafts, and structured play
- Implement company protocols, policies, and procedures
Requirements
- Level 3 EYFS Childcare Qualification (essential)
- Experience in management and team leading
- Passion for working with children
- Ability to comply with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) policy
- Ability to provide two professional references
