About the role
Responsibilities
- Work with Middlebury Bread Loaf Writers’ Conferences staff to plan and host the conference
- Coordinate specific assigned areas of the conference
- Assist summer staff in other areas as needed
- Handle student and faculty matters with discretion and confidentiality
Requirements
- Must be a Bread Loaf Writer's Conference enrollee
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to exercise good judgment in various situations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
