Bread Baker

Responsibilities

• Compose and scratch-bake goods including hearth breads, artisan loaves, dinner rolls, and buns
• Work in a state-of-the-art culinary facility to produce high-quality baked goods
• Create and trial new recipes to complement daily changing menus
• Support catered events with high-quality bread products
• Maintain autonomy in production while collaborating with a world-class bakery staff

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional baking experience or a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts
• Ability to work a Sunday through Thursday schedule
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• Willingness to relocate to the Madison, WI area
• COVID-19 vaccination required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in large-volume baking environments
