Brandschutzfachkraft

Responsibilities

• Act as a member of the factory fire brigade, participating in both emergency response and training exercises
• Ensure the continuous availability and functionality of all fire protection equipment
• Rectify technical defects in fire protection systems and facilities
• Perform activities related to preventive fire protection to minimize workplace risks
• Conduct professional fire safety briefings and practical exercises for site employees
• Participate in collaborative project work within the Safety & Security team

Requirements

• Completed firefighting training (experience as a Truppführer or Gruppenführer is highly desirable)
• Willingness to work in a shift-based system (40-hour week)
• High level of conscientiousness, accuracy, and reliability
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
• Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed training as a firefighter or occupational first aider (Betriebssanitäter)
• Valid driving license (Class B or Class C)
• Additional certification as a Fire Protection Officer (Brandschutzbeauftragter)
