Branding Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain brand positioning for portfolio brands, ensuring alignment with brand architecture and business priorities
• Act as a technical reference for communication, language, and brand expression decisions
• Manage brand messaging, attributes, and annual/quarterly calendars with sensitivity to school seasonality
• Monitor market trends, competitive movements, and brand performance indicators
• Partner with Product and PMM teams to translate technical attributes into clear narratives
• Create strategic briefings for campaigns, content, and creative teams to ensure execution aligns with brand strategy

Requirements

• Previous experience in branding teams
• Deep understanding of brand positioning, narrative construction, and integrated campaigns
• Analytical capacity combined with strategic vision and attention to detail
• Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in large corporate groups or technology platforms
