Brand Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand identity and deliver an exceptional standard of visual presentation both inside the store and in window displays
• Install and maintain all window schemes to an excellent standard on a daily basis
• Style mannequins according to brand guidelines, local market needs, and market direction
• Implement brand visual guidelines in collaboration with Store Managers to ensure market-specific direction is met
• Map floor space and collection locations in collaboration with the VM Co-Ordinator and Store Managers
• Support the execution, coaching, and training of brand and seasonal guidelines within the store
• Monitor sales budgets, mystery shop results, and VM visits to react to presentation needs
• Walk windows daily to identify product challenges and maintain presentation standards
• Communicate with key stakeholders and report back to VM HQ regarding planned activities

Requirements

• Proven experience in a retail environment
• Solid understanding of visual merchandising basics and brand guidelines
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships easily
• Creative mindset with a commercial awareness of retail trends
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to work at pace and adapt quickly to change
