Responsibilities

• Establish Sierra's brand presence in APAC as the region's first dedicated brand designer
• Localize global campaigns and content for APAC markets, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance
• Design and produce polished, story-driven presentations for Go-To-Market and executive audiences
• Support regional marketing events through concept and execution, including environmental design and collateral
• Partner with regional Marketing leads to translate local market needs into on-brand design solutions
• Collaborate with the US-based brand design team to maintain a unified creative vision
• Build and maintain brand systems, including templates, guidelines, and libraries
• Articulate design decisions to multidisciplinary partners across marketing, engineering, and product

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in brand development and creative design for B2B, B2C, SaaS, or AI products
• Proven experience localizing campaigns for APAC and Southeast Asian markets
• Strong proficiency in Google Slides and Keynote for presentation design
• High level of craftsmanship in building brands and design solutions
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment across multiple time zones
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion graphics tools
• Strong communication skills to align globally distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building brand departments or processes from the ground up
• Expertise in data visualization and typography
