Responsibilities

• Establish Sierra's brand presence in EMEA as the region's first dedicated brand designer
• Localise global campaigns and content for EMEA markets ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy
• Design and produce polished presentations for Go-To-Market and executive audiences
• Support regional marketing events through environmental design and physical brand touchpoints
• Partner with regional Marketing leads to translate local needs into on-brand design solutions
• Collaborate with the US brand design team to maintain a unified creative vision
• Build and maintain brand systems including templates, guidelines, and libraries
• Articulate design decisions to multidisciplinary partners across marketing, engineering, and product

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in brand development and creative design for global B2B, B2C, SaaS, or AI products
• Proven experience localising campaigns for EMEA markets and multicultural audiences
• Strong proficiency in Google Slides and Keynote for story-driven presentation design
• High level of craftsmanship in building brands and design solutions
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment across multiple time zones
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, and tools for video, typography, or motion graphics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building brand structures from scratch without a pre-existing playbook
• Strategic thinker capable of aligning design decisions with business growth goals
