About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and manage performance and influencer marketing accounts to drive ROAS
- Lead performance reviews, optimizations, and growth planning for clients
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based strategic partnerships with clients
- Identify and drive upsell opportunities and account expansion
- Translate customer requirements into clear product requirements and actionable insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Business Intelligence, Operations, and Finance teams
- Proactively identify and improve internal account management workflows and processes
Requirements
- 5–7 years of total professional experience
- 3+ years in Account Management or Customer Success
- Experience managing performance-based accounts (e-commerce, SaaS, or marketplace)
- Exposure to SaaS or product-driven environments
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with Product teams
- Strong data literacy and comfort working with dashboards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in performance marketing, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing
- Background working in both agency and product environments
- Knowledge of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies
