Brand Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a book of approximately 300 brands to maximize their use of Faire's wholesale platform and drive revenue growth
• Engage with brands through scaled and 1:1 communication, including email, phone, and video calls
• Drive high-value adoption of Faire Direct and brand-funded programs such as Ads and Insider Partnership
• Identify growth opportunities and coach brands from strategy through execution
• Synthesize and communicate customer feedback to cross-functional teams to influence product development
• Use data, graphs, and reports to track performance and drive actionable insights to meet sales goals

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using Salesforce and data visualization software
• An AI-first workflow approach, leveraging AI tools to streamline tasks and strengthen pitches
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to identify actionable insights
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with small businesses or entrepreneurs
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a results-oriented environment
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office setting
