At New Engen, we help brands grow, not just bigger, but smarter. Grapevine is New Engen’s scalable solution that helps brands license high-performing third-party creator content quickly and easily using a network of 800+ creators.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of DTC brands
• Manage day-to-day workflows across the ad delivery process
• Partner with brands and internal creative strategists to define performance-driven creative strategies
• Oversee content production from a project management standpoint
• Analyze campaign performance to guide creative iterations and optimize conversion rates
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Content Strategists to align on creative direction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 0–2 years of experience in startups, performance marketing, analytics, or consulting
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (pivot tables, data organization, presentations)
• Strong organization and project management skills
• Clear and compelling written and verbal communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in market trends and consumer brands
