Responsibilities

• Define the strategic territory and framework for each project
• Conduct research including ethnography, market analysis, and trend forecasting
• Utilize AI tools to explore conceptual territories and validate hypotheses
• Write strategic documentation, briefs, and creative rationales
• Present strategies to clients with clarity and conviction
• Design and facilitate co-creation and innovation workshops
• Collaborate with creative teams from project inception to completion
• Manage personal time and project priorities

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a creative agency or design studio
• Deep understanding of consumer branding, identity, and positioning
• Strong conceptual thinking skills
• Experience with research methodologies like ethnography and cultural analysis
• Active practice using AI tools applied to strategy
• Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English
• Proactive and genuinely curious mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Catalan
• Fluency in Portuguese
