Brand Standards, Guest Experience & Food Safety Advisor

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site brand protection visits to client locations to evaluate food safety, guest experience, and operational excellence
• Deliver coaching, training, and consulting to help clients mitigate brand risk and meet unique program requirements
• Develop and present summary findings, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations to client leadership
• Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve complex client challenges and support growth initiatives
• Utilize iPad, Microsoft Suite, and CRM technology to manage assessments and ensure efficient planning
• Complete a budgeted number of weekly visits while maintaining an exceptional client experience

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Two years of hospitality industry-related experience
• Valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to travel 100% overnight and work occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in culinary, hospitality, or business fields
• Multilingual skills (Spanish and French preferred)
• Advanced consultative and high-level customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
