Brand Standards Guest Experience and Food Safety Advisor

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site brand protection visits to client locations to evaluate food safety, guest experience, and operational excellence
• Deliver coaching, training, and consulting to help clients mitigate brand risk and meet unique program requirements
• Develop and present summary findings, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations to client leadership
• Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve complex client challenges and support growth initiatives
• Utilize iPad, Microsoft Suite, and CRM technology to manage schedules and perform essential job functions
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines while interacting with staff and residents in various settings, including healthcare and senior living facilities

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Two years of hospitality industry-related experience
• Valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to travel overnight approximately 50% of the time
• Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in culinary, hospitality, or business field
• Multilingual skills (Spanish and French preferred)
• High-level customer service and advanced consultative skills
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively without direct supervision and exercise good judgment
