Brand Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide a luxury retail experience for customers shopping Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein brands
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and utilize link selling skills to drive business
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele
• Perform outfit building for customers and provide personalized product recommendations
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by staying informed on current fashion and market trends
• Maintain shop floor presentation, organization, and visual standards
• Drive store KPIs and react flexibly to changing business needs during peak trade periods

• Previous experience in a retail or hospitality environment
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate within a team
• Proven ability to connect with consumers and build trust
• Strong ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment
• Ability to drive sales using digital platforms and maintain product expertise
