Brand Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive ongoing brand development, including brand narratives, visuals, and language in collaboration with Marketing Leadership
• Ensure brand cohesion across all channels and guide cross-functional teams to maintain alignment
• Own social media and owned channels, leading content strategy, planning, and execution
• Support the concept and execution of marketing and CRM campaigns
• Establish and scale a structured brand asset library for organization-wide use
• Provide strategic editorial oversight for social media to align digital storytelling with commercial and PR objectives
• Position Isar Aerospace as a thought leader in the international space ecosystem
• Conceptualize and design high-quality content across various formats and channels
• Partner on employer branding initiatives to attract world-class talent

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in brand, marketing, content, and/or design
• Advanced hands-on design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools
• Proven experience managing social media and editorial planning
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive creative initiatives end-to-end
• Deep understanding of brand-building, storytelling, and visual systems for B2B audiences
• Ability to translate strategy into compelling content for social media, presentations, and events
• Fluent in English and a good working knowledge of German

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in employer branding and CRM campaigns
• A degree in marketing, design, or communications
