Brand Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing brand development, including narratives, visuals, and language guidelines
• Drive brand cohesion across all company channels and coordinate with internal teams
• Manage social media and owned channels by creating, planning, and scheduling content
• Support the concept and execution of marketing and CRM campaigns
• Create and maintain a library of brand assets for marketing, events, and presentations
• Provide strategic editorial oversight for social media to align with PR and commercial objectives
• Conceptualize and design engaging content across various formats and channels
• Collaborate on employer branding to attract world-class talent

Requirements

• Proven experience in brand marketing, content creation, or design
• Hands-on design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools
• Experience managing digital content and editorial planning on social media platforms
• Strong understanding of brand building, storytelling, and visual consistency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
• Fluent English and a good working knowledge of German

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in employer branding and CRM campaigns
• A degree in marketing, design, or communications
