Brand Representative

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions
• Perform audits, follow-up visits to resolve issues, and visual merchandising
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor
• Use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit real-time data and photos

Requirements

• Friendly, engaging personality with relationship-building skills
• High attention to detail and professional reliability
• Tech-savvy with comfort navigating mobile reporting tools
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail locations
• Access to a personal smart device (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+)
• Completion of Brand Rep Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail
