Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain TGC game IPs in China, including Sky and new projects
- Drive marketing strategies including positioning, target audience, and user acquisition
- Build a player-oriented community strategy and optimize social media channel exposure
- Collaborate with headquarters, NetEase, and other stakeholders to implement promotion plans
- Manage marketing budgets and P&L to ensure efficient resource use
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Over 5 years of experience in marketing and publishing at an R&D-oriented company
- Experience across multiple publishing functions like social, community, and PR
- Deep understanding of Chinese social media platforms (Bilibili, Xiaohongshu, Weibo)
- Experience managing live streaming events and offline activities
- Strong cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Deep familiarity with art game players and internet culture
- Results-oriented approach using metrics to evaluate campaign impact
Preferred Qualifications
- Brand and publishing experience for Steam and PC platforms
- Fluency in English
