Brand & Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and refine company identity, mission, vision, and values
• Craft strategic internal and external marketing campaigns
• Create and enforce brand guidelines across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development on product narratives
• Drive the creation of engaging marketing materials and creative assets
• Establish thought leadership and PR presence for the company and scientists
• Act as art director for scientific data and infographics

Requirements

• 3+ years of brand or product marketing experience
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
• Strong sense of visual quality and aesthetics
• Experience working with designers and external creatives
• Ability to work across technical and commercial teams
• Based in Munich or Copenhagen, or willing to relocate

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in beauty, fragrance, or food/flavor ingredients industries
• Experience in complex technical industries
