Responsibilities

• Identify and design partnership strategies to amplify brand reach and growth
• Monitor and analyze the performance of brand partnerships
• Negotiate win-win agreements and resolve onboarding issues
• Discover, onboard, and manage high-quality vendors
• Secure optimal terms, pricing, and service levels through negotiation
• Act as the central point of contact for brand partnerships and vendors across teams
• Streamline partnership and vendor management processes for efficiency
• Maintain comprehensive records of agreements and ensure compliance

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel
• Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Strong business development and relationship building skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally and solve problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior e-commerce experience is a bonus
