Responsibilities

  • Research and identify high-impact celebrities, VIPs, and macro-influencers aligned with the brand
  • Track emerging talent and produce data-driven reports on audience demographics and engagement
  • Develop creative campaign concepts and pitch decks for talent and cultural moments
  • Manage relationships with external talent agencies, management companies, and PR firms
  • Oversee campaign logistics including contract routing, product samples, and event coordination
  • Monitor real-time campaign performance and contribute to post-campaign reporting
  • Support brand events and activations, including attending on-site as needed
  • Collaborate with Creative, PR, and Merchandising teams for cross-departmental alignment
  • Assist in managing partnership budgets and processing invoices

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in PR agency, talent management, or in-house brand partnerships
  • Sophisticated knowledge of pop culture, social media trends, and the influencer landscape
  • Deep fluency in Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube performance drivers
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce), influencer tracking platforms (Traackr, CreatorIQ), and Google Workspace
  • Ability to drive experiential activations
  • Ability to work onsite in Beverly Hills
