Brand Partnerships Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Research and identify high-impact celebrities, VIPs, and macro-influencers that align with the brand.
• Develop creative campaign concepts and pitch decks for specific talent and cultural moments.
• Manage relationships with external talent agencies, management companies, and PR firms.
• Coordinate campaign logistics, including contract routing, product samples, and talent activations.
• Monitor real-time campaign performance and produce data-driven post-campaign reports.
• Support brand events and activations, including on-site presence and after-hours availability as needed.
• Collaborate with Creative, PR, and Merchandising teams to align partnerships with product drops.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in PR, talent management, or in-house brand partnerships.
• Deep knowledge of pop culture, social media trends, and the influencer landscape.
• Fluency in Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube creator performance drivers.
• Exceptional negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and influencer tracking platforms (e.g., Traackr, CreatorIQ).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work onsite in Beverly Hills, CA.
