Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand partnership strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives
- Identify, assess, and prioritize potential partners including brands, influencers, and organizations
- Initiate and lead partnership discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial terms
- Oversee end-to-end execution of partnership campaigns and co-branded content
- Work closely with internal marketing, product, design, and sales teams
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key partners
- Track and analyze the performance of partnership activities using data-driven insights
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or marketing
- Strong understanding of partnership planning and influencer collaborations
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience coordinating multi-party campaigns with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
