Brand Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans and timelines, including scoping, kickoffs, schedules, milestones, risk, budget, and delivery.
• Lead daily team operations to manage schedules and maintain the pipeline of projects.
• Facilitate relationships between teams, finding resources and resolving issues that prevent progress.
• Prepare project debriefs to identify and recommend improvements to internal processes.
• Identify, vet, and onboard efficiency tools for team collaboration.
• Act as the primary owner of assigned brand team project budgets and partner with leadership on yearly production budgets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a similar operations or project management role within recognized companies.
• 4+ years of experience working on integrated marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Proven experience with digital, social, broadcast, radio, OOH, direct mail, and collateral deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with design industry standards and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with design or production tools.
