Responsibilities
- Own offline channel strategy and execution including TV (linear and streaming), OOH, radio, sponsorships, and events
- Drive digital extensions of offline campaigns, such as syncing TV buys with connected TV and retargeting OOH audiences
- Manage day-to-day agency and vendor relationships, holding partners accountable to performance
- Build brand measurement infrastructure including brand lift studies, share of voice tracking, and incrementality testing
- Oversee sponsorship activation for athlete and brand partnerships
- Coordinate cross-channel activity to ensure brand and performance marketing are aligned
Requirements
- 4–10 years of marketing experience with hands-on brand and offline campaign management
- Proven experience managing TV spots and negotiating OOH buys
- Required experience in consumer marketing
- Experience managing agency and vendor relationships
- Proficiency in brand measurement tools such as lift studies, MMM, and share of voice
- Strong strategic instincts and ability to defend channel strategies with data
- Understanding of how offline and digital channels integrate
