Responsibilities

  • Own offline channel strategy and execution including TV (linear and streaming), OOH, radio, sponsorships, and events
  • Drive digital extensions of offline campaigns, such as syncing TV buys with connected TV and retargeting OOH audiences
  • Manage day-to-day agency and vendor relationships, holding partners accountable to performance
  • Build brand measurement infrastructure including brand lift studies, share of voice tracking, and incrementality testing
  • Oversee sponsorship activation for athlete and brand partnerships
  • Coordinate cross-channel activity to ensure brand and performance marketing are aligned

Requirements

  • 4–10 years of marketing experience with hands-on brand and offline campaign management
  • Proven experience managing TV spots and negotiating OOH buys
  • Required experience in consumer marketing
  • Experience managing agency and vendor relationships
  • Proficiency in brand measurement tools such as lift studies, MMM, and share of voice
  • Strong strategic instincts and ability to defend channel strategies with data
  • Understanding of how offline and digital channels integrate
