About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of brand marketing strategies for the Japanese market
- Localize global marketing strategies to align with local market needs and consumer behavior
- Conduct market analysis to identify Unique Selling Propositions (USP) and target user segments
- Manage media planning to effectively reach target audiences
- Negotiate and collaborate with advertising agencies
- Plan and execute integrated marketing promotions utilizing mass media
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in brand marketing
- Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 700+ preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within the financial services industry
- Experience working at a comprehensive advertising agency
